Fitness activities

Deb Chambers runs two fitness sessions on Wednesday mornings in the Memorial Hall. FIT at 9.30 am and Mat Pilates at 10.15 am. See below for details and links for more information

FIT class (Functional Interval Training).

A short 30 minute sessions delivered in varied intervals –
a mixture of bodyweight & small equipment exercises
designed to give a full body functional workout.

Mat Pilates

A 45-minute mat Pilates session – suitable for mixed ability,
as exercises can be modified to suit
